Jet I & II - leading to the Professional Jewellery Diploma (PJ Dip) is mandatory for our full-time sales team. So that you are served by staff who know about jewellery.

We continually train our wonderful staff keeping them up-to-date with all that’s new in the trade. We arrange visits to suppliers/workshops/designers and exhibitions so that they fully understand the complexities of the trade and can advise you knowledgably.
