That's why we offer Free Delivery on every purchase from our website.

Every order will be delivered to you in unmarked packaging. Inside you will find your purchase in a Hester Clarke presentation box, beautifully gift wrapped if you choose and ready to give, or as a special treat for yourself!

All orders over £50 will be sent to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery, a signature will be required when you accept the goods, and we will use this as proof of delivery. If you are unavailable when your order is being delivered, Royal Mail will leave a card with details of how to arrange a redelivery or to collect your parcel from your nearest sorting office.
All orders under £50 will be posted by Royal Mail First Class.

We endeavour to process and dispatch as soon as possible. You will find details of estimated delivery times on individual product pages, however these are just a guide. We will of course let you know if there is a delay expected.
